Book A Booth

You can only sell agriculture products or items made from agriculture product, including fresh produce, plants, and other farm-grown goods. Vendor-produced food items made from agricultural products are also allowed. We are very much following Fairfax Country Farm’s Market guideline.

This is Fairfax County Requirement. Management reserves the right to cancel your bookings without refunding your fees.

got questions? we’ve got answers.

Everything you need to know about our farmer’s market and how are we supporting McLean community

1. Will vendors need to bring their own setup?

Yes. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tent, table, chairs, display materials, and any other equipment needed for their booth setup. All items must fit neatly within the assigned 10′ x 10′ booth space and must be set up in a safe, clean, and professional manner.

2. Can I share a booth with another vendor?

No. Each booth is assigned to one approved vendor only and may not be shared, transferred, or subleased to another business or individual without prior written approval from market management.

3. What time do vendors need to arrive for setup?

Vendors should arrive early enough to complete setup before the market opens at 9:00 AM. We recommend arriving between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM to allow sufficient time for unloading, parking, and booth setup.

4. What happens if I cannot attend on a reserved date?

Because all booth reservations and payments are final and non-refundable, missed dates cannot be refunded or credited. If you are unable to attend on a reserved date, please notify market management as early as possible so we can plan accordingly.

5. What happens in case of bad weather?

The market is generally operated rain or shine. However, if severe weather or unsafe conditions arise, market management may decide to delay, modify, or cancel the market for safety reasons. Vendors will be notified as soon as possible of any schedule changes.

6. Do I need any license insurance to participate?

Yes. Vendors may be required to provide proof of general liability insurance, depending on the type of products being sold. Market management will advise vendors of any insurance requirements during the application and approval process. Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all required permits, licenses, and insurance documents are current and valid.
